Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a fault or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

To report a faulty item, please email jawaaizstickers@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

We aim to resolve all issues as quickly and fairly as possible.

  • We do not accept returns for unwanted items or change of mind.

  • Items must be reported as faulty within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.
